Who we are
Pygmak is a single-player arcade game made by Nathan de Castro ("we"), available on Android and iOS. Contact: contact@coldsnap.fr.
Your game data
Runs, parts, workshop upgrades, skins, the almanac and settings are saved only on your device. We do not collect them, there is no account and no login, and we receive no personal data from the game. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Ads
Pygmak shows optional rewarded videos only (Revive, 2X parts, a new hand, a trial run): you choose to watch them, nothing is forced. They are served by Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) with Unity Ads as ad network. To serve and measure ads, these SDKs may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address and the coarse location derived from it, device model and system version, and ad-interaction data. This data goes to Unity, not to us. See the Unity Privacy Policy.
Your choices
- On first launch the game asks whether ads may be personalized. Limited requests non-personalized ads only.
- On iOS, your advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, which appears only if you chose Allow.
- You can change this any time: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
What we do not do
- No accounts, no backend, no analytics service of our own.
- No in-app purchases.
- We never sell personal data; we hold none.
Children
Pygmak is rated for ages 13 and up and is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask about the data processed for ads; since we hold none, write to Unity through its privacy policy, or to us at contact@coldsnap.fr and we will help.
